In the finalization of the case study, it was possible to determine several problems arising in the environment of the company and all this was thanks to the analysis of the results of the methodologies and research tools applied. In which it was possible to conclude that the implementation of an ERP system is necessary to provide a solution to the company's problems. With the results obtained from the technical feasibility study, it was determined which technological resources the company must have in order to implement the project. It should be noted that thanks to the results obtained from the economic feasibility study, it was concluded that the execution of this project does not require investment, and it is economically feasible. |

Brindando un costo añadido a su comercial aplicando un servicio de banco del barrio para comodidad de los clientes. Está ubicada en la parroquia El Salto en la avenida malecón y tercera de la ciudad de Babahoyo. Además, se conoció que sus actividades comerciales las iniciaron 22 de octubre del 2016. La presente investigación se realizó con el fin de realizar un estudio integral, que permita, a través de diversas herramientas analíticas, identificar los diferentes problemas que se presentan en la gestión de ventas, para de manera determinar qué tan factible es la implementación de un Sistema ERP, mediante esta herramienta tiene se pretende optimizar mejor los procesos, con el fin de reducir el costo de la gestión de la información, por esta razón, la implementación final del sistema ERP contribuirá significativamente a aumentar la productividad de la empresa. En la finalización del caso de estudio se pudo determinar varios problemas suscitado en el entorno de la empresa y todo esto fue gracias al análisis de los resultados de las metodologías e instrumentos de investigación aplicados. En el cual se pudo concluir que es necesario la implementación de un sistema ERP para brindar solución a los problemas de la empresa. Con el resultado obtenido del estudio de la factibilidad técnica se determinó cuáles son los recursos tecnológicos que debe poseer la empresa para poder poner en marcha el proyecto.
