סיכום:SUMMARY With the growth of the world population in an accelerated way it is also necessary to increase the productive capacity of the soils in order to obtain the appropriate amount of food to supply the food demand. That is why to maintain agricultural production in the modern world, and to achieve higher yields, the use of pesticides is required; These chemical compounds reach the soil directly or indirectly, causing pollution problems in the agroecosystem, the crops and later the food chain. Pesticides include all chemicals used to destroy or control pests. Soil microorganisms are very important in the processes of recycling nutrients, they constitute the living material and in the soil there are millions of beneficial microorganisms for crops, such as: bacteria, fungi, algae, actinomycetes, protozoa. Considering agriculture in a general sense, it is noted that agricultural systems are constantly changing. Consequently, it is recommended that farmers, in addition to making proper use of fertilizers, also aim to achieve knowledge of all the underlying principles and processes that enable them to face new situations or new and different problems. Farmers are forced to change their farming systems or management practices when social, economic and technical conditions change (Merchán et al., 2006).
