Description
Summary:Placenta previa is one of the causes of bleeding in the second or third trimester of pregnancy. It mainly affects pregnant women under or equal to 35 years of age, multiple births, previous uterine scarring; Endometrium, myometrium or ovulars would affect the implantation of the blastocyst or placenta, establishing itself as it is located near or above the orifice of the cervix. In order to develop a nursing process that ensures the maternal and fetal health of pregnant women with placenta previa before pregnancy, a physical evaluation was carried out through the analysis of functional patterns and complementary examinations, and a study was carried out on these data. Rigorous nursing thinking, indicating the pattern and determination of the dysfunctional with the determined nursing diagnosis, made us choose the ideal intervention for this clinical case. The results are satisfactory, hemodynamic balance is achieved, without bleeding and emotional harmony.
