As part of the development of the case, two tests, Beck's and the Mini-Mental, were applied to assess depression and cognitive impairment, in addition, important data were collected to complement the development of the case, as well as personal and family pathological history, through The information offered by the patient and the family member who accompanied him showed that he had visual and hearing impairment, which further compromises the limitation to the development of activities normally in the patient, as well as his unstable mood with a feeling of helplessness, sadness, and anguish. |
