Abordaje fisioterapéutico en paciente con hemiplejia que acuden al patronato del Cantón Baba provincia de Los Ríos periodo noviembre 2023 – abril 2024.

The present research work was titled "Physiotherapeutic Approach in patients with hemiplegia who attend the Board of Trustees of the Baba canton, province of Los Ríos, period November 2023 - April 2024. The importance of the research lies in determining what is the correct physiotherapeutic approach in patients with hemiplegia with the aim of improving their quality of life and promoting their functional independence. Taking into account that if the different interventions adapted to the needs and characteristics of the study population are correctly applied, it can mark a significant process in their rehabilitation and social integration stage. To meet the proposed objective, a cross-sectional non-experimental research design was carried out, the scope of which was descriptive. The types of research used were documentary research and field research as a mixed modality of inductive nature with qualitative-quantitative techniques such as data collection. of information the documentary review, the interview, the survey and the observation. We used instruments: two questionnaires with 10 questions each and an observation sheet. There was a population of 82 individuals who were the subject of the study, but we worked with a total sample of 62. It is concluded that patients who present a variety of symptoms including muscle weakness, difficulty moving, balance problems, pain and difficulty doing daily activities, which demonstrates the level of complexity and variety of symptoms experienced by patients with hemiplegia. , which makes it crucial to use a comprehensive approach to carry out correct evaluation and efficient treatment for patients.
