Agregar Etiqueta | Sumario: | The present clinical case is about an 87-year-old patient, who after a traffic accident presents a series of complications, which highlights the total loss of mobility of his lower limbs accompanied by various concomitant pathologies that aggravate plus the clinical picture of the patient under study. A clinical case of a patient with a medical diagnosis of physical disability (paraplegia) is presented, it also includes various diagnostic methods that help us confirm the medical diagnosis of the underlying pathology. Additionally, information about the medical treatment that applies to the patient is provided. focusing on its correct administration verifying and educating family members about various warning signs that could be presented as adverse effects. On the other hand, a nursing care plan is designed to improve the patient's quality of life so that he can accept his new lifestyle, placing special emphasis on maintaining the integrity of the subject by applying preventive measures to prevent infections by opportunistic germs that put risk the patient's life. |
