| Περίληψη: | A clinical case diagnosed as Z56.4 is described. Problems related to disagreements with the boss and co-workers in a 27-year-old teacher, for which the respective psychological tests were applied that confirmed the diagnosis, thus describing the symptomatic picture disorder and discomfort in the different areas of the individual. This case study aimed to identify factors that are perceived as stressful in the workplace, it is worth mentioning that this study was conducted at an educational institution in the city of Babahoyo. The work is a type of descriptive and explorative research that helps to investigate and know the problems raised, to determine what are the stressors, the Scale of Stress Sources in Teachers was used which aims to identify which are the most important stressors. Another questionnaire was on Hamilton's anxiety scale that helps measure the degree of anxiety at the psychic and somatic level and the latter is Beck's depression scale. Among the conclusions reached were: I present stressors both at the medium-significant psychological and biological level and those affected job performance and within the recommendations is to implement workshops that help improve communication between colleagues and head of the institution |
