Shrnutí:Due to the pandemic caused by the new virus COVID-19 or SARS-CoV-2, education took an unexpected turn for which neither teachers nor students were prepared, this generated a titanic task that implied serious challenges for students of all ages since they had to take their classes from home. This case study focuses on the Viability Analysis for the Creation of an Apk for the connection to virtual classes of the students of the Educational Unit "Darío C Guevara" of the El Salto parish, a field investigation was carried out to obtain information on the different problems that the institution and its students have on the current connection platforms, since not having their own application this has thus generated the difficulties they present in the installation and handling of these, thus evidencing that the teaching-learning process is not carried out correctly, the implementation of this technology offers us great advantages since it provides us with; expand our application or update it according to the needs of the institution. The fact that certain applications do not control the entrance of students precisely, has caused people outside the classes to enter abruptly, manipulating the platform in such a way that they present content not related to the classes and malicious comments. The main concern of the authorities is the lack of resources oriented to the implementation of new technologies, the lack of training for their teaching staff, in order to be at the forefront of technology, obtaining office automation knowledge and tools necessary to encourage teachers and students to academic excellence.
