| Izvleček: | The present research work entitled "METHODS OF EVALUATION AND ITS EFFECTIVENESS IN THE LEARNING PROCESS OF THE ISIDRO AYORA BASIC EDUCATION SCHOOL" seeks to determine the influence that many challenges represent, both for teachers and for professionals in training. Evaluation is one of these challenges, because it is very difficult for the teachers of our educational system to put it into practice. Speaking of evaluation is talking about a very important tool in the teaching-learning process of students which also involves the management of many concepts and variables. When approaching the evaluation, many authors mention the word process by what at first sight represents an element that will accompany the teacher and the students for a long period. One of those authors is Luis Ángel Blanco, who exposes the evaluation widely in his book the educational evaluation, more process than product. Taking into account that his work is very complete, I have based this work taking the core elements for the evaluation management as a tool. I have also reinforced some of the information with other internet sources and texts. The purpose of this research work is to clarify many doubts about the evaluation and effective methods. Also locate it as a determining procedure in the teaching-learning process of the students. In the same way so that the teachers in formation, handle this subject very well to be able to apply the evaluations of the best form in their future educational practices and in their future teaching work. This research seeks to be an aid in the process of pedagogical training not only of the students of Pedagogy, but also of all teachers in training who are beginning to discover this tool and have doubts. |
