Research consisting of: introduction whose objective is to present a general view of the problem investigated and the justification expressing the reasons that led me to choose this topic, besides explaining the benefits and the beneficiaries of the research, considering the 4 elements of planning tour. Elaboration of the general and specific objective, with which it is intended to contribute to the problem, According to the formulation of the problem, composed of independent variable: art and methods of artisanal fishing, dependent variable: experiential tourism, were considered in the realization of the theoretical foundation. There are concepts of several authors with different definitions in each of the variables, for example: (Max Weber) Considers that culture is that warp and that the analysis of culture must be, therefore, not an experimental science in search of laws, but an interpretive science in search of meanings. In other words, culture is the network or web of meanings with which we give meanings to the phenomena or events of everyday life. (Milagros María del Pilar, 2008) points out in its concept of experiential tourism as a form of tourism but with the particularity that families dedicated mainly to agricultural, sporting and artisanal fishing activities, open their houses to let the visitor enter, showing him a way of life that is unique in the world. The aforementioned research problem is related to relevant documents such as: Action Plan for the Conservation and Management of the Golden Resource in Ecuador, National Development Plan 2017-2021 and the Code of Conduct for Responsible Fisheries, documents used to defend the theoretical foundation in the problem. Also, in the document you will find the general hypothesis and the subhipotesis, which would be the general and specific objectives but explained in the future, we will also find the types and research techniques used. Chapter II specifies the development of the case, procedure to obtain concise results, surveys were carried out to the population of the sector, whose inhabitants were in an age range between (15-64) years, questions that answered the independent variables and dependent, the data obtained from the process had to be tabulated, analyzed and interpreted.
