Résumé: | The present final report carried out in the La Merced Private Educational Unit of the province of Guayas, had as its main objective to analyze the incidence of methodological strategies in the learning of artistic make-up, teachers through the teaching of any directed class, face one of the most important challenges in its history, look for strategies that capture the interest of students as well as record in their memories the basic knowledge of the subject. The study problem is the poor use of methodological strategies for content comprehension, training and updating activities are scarce to raise awareness about the type of teaching strategies, inadequate planning of the teaching-learning process is presented, the teacher does not encourage motivation for the different makeup techniques in the area of beauty, rather it becomes mandatory the rote learning, for which this study was necessary to establish the causes, and achieve solutions that help improve the quality of educational processes. The research was based on the critical proactive paradigm, it assumes a methodological perspective based on the cognitive and metacognitive processes involved in processes for a make-up, the research was of a qualitative-quantitative nature, the survey technique was used and as an instrument the questionnaire , with the following results, the teacher does not constantly apply teaching-learning techniques, to encourage the learning of artistic make-up, the majority of students respond that uncommonly perform motivating and eye-catching activities for the acquisition of knowledge and the application of new makeup techniques. To provide a solution, the alternative proposal was applied, the purpose of which is to implement a methodological guide to understand content and steps to perform artistic makeup, geisha and characterization step by step, its implementation will help improve student motivation, and to sensitize the teachers with innovative tools for the application of artistic and effective makeup in the classrooms, within the day of classes |
