The fundamental purpose of this case is to apply the nursing care process and perform the assessment to establish through the 11 functional patterns of Marjory Gordon the dysfunctional patterns affected by this poor congenital formation to then develop nursing diagnoses and perform competent interventions that help in the health and well-being of the patient. This case study seeks to provide future Graduates in Nursing with knowledge in the theoretical and practical part in their training to provide timely management of patients with this pathology.
