The national government subsidizes 60% of the net premium value to producers of rice, beans, bananas, hard corn, soft maize, cocoa, coffee, soybeans, sugarcane, barley, red onions, beans, potatoes, quinoa , banana, tree tomato and wheat, 40% plus taxes assumes the farmer.
