There is also the lack of communication in said company in such a way that it causes a lack of information towards the employees.La presente investigación, tiene como propósito analizar la productividad de la empresa “Will Market” ante la falta de la motivación en los empleados y porque es necesario para el desarrollo de la productividad de la empresa Will Market, Al momento de aplicar la motivación en la empresa, se verán resultados como el aumento del desempeño laborar, la competitividad de la organización como también de los empleados, con ello asumirán más responsabilidades y compromiso, de este modo los empleados desarrollaran sus actividades de una manera excepcional y serán más eficientes por lo que se encuentran motivados, y es así que se genera el desarrollo de la productividad como también el crecimiento económico de la organización. Uno de los problemas más frecuente que se observan al momento de recorrer la empresa es que los empleados se encuentran apáticos, desmotivados y con una baja proactividad y debió a aquello la empresa recurre al despido del personal y a la contratación de uno nuevo, sin percatarse que la problemática es al no aplicar la motivación con sus empleados.
