A través de este estudio se exploran las estrategias implementadas por las instituciones públicas para la promoción y difusión de la conservación montuvia. A través de un enfoque descriptivo e inductivo se recogen datos utilizados a partir de la técnica de la entrevista, con el fin de indagar sobre las percepciones de profesionales de la gestión cultural y otros involucrados, acerca de cómo se está promoviendo y difundiendo la cultura montuvia. Este trabajo busca contribuir al entendimiento y la valoración de la diversidad cultural, así como al fortalecimiento de la identidad y patrimonio cultural montuvio de la provincia de Los Ríos. Al abordar estos aspectos, se pretende fomentar el desarrollo sostenible de las comunidades montuvias y promover un mayor reconocimiento de su contribución a la riqueza cultural.
