| Ամփոփում: | The search for educational excellence encompasses integrating principles, ideas, strategies and paradigms that guarantee an increase in the chances of success in institutions that allow the processes it requires to be efficient for a long time. What has been expressed shows a vision of the fundamental components of the educational administration, which by including the concepts of quality, total quality and quality in the institutions, carry with them the human factor with the connotations of culture and values, as well as the operating guidelines as part of the educational processes developed in school organizations for the realization of the goals and objectives of comprehensive training. This case study refers to the administrative management and student desertion, therefore its objective is aimed at evidencing the administrative activities to safeguard the permanence of students in the educational system during times of pandemic, for which I use a methodology descriptive qualitative approach with documentary and field modality, applying the technique of observation and interview directed to the directors and teachers of the fourth year of basic general education of the Juan E. Verdesoto school, determining that if there was student desertion during this period pandemic, there are pre-established protocols for their application in cases and their proper reintegration, which in the institution studied are poorly applied. |
