| Summary: | The research carried out in the Provincial Government of Los Ríos called application of public procurement rules in the department of human talent was aimed at the analysis of the process of selection and recruitment of personnel implemented in the institution and compliance with the rules established in the Law Organic Public Service (LOSEP), using the qualitative methodology, in which the interview was considered as a necessary instrument for obtaining the required information. According to the results obtained, it was found that the entity does not apply the regulations stipulated in LOSEP when defining the requirements that the applicant must hold a job, nor does he use the partner employment web portal in the process of recruiting staff |
