要約:Hemophilia is a bleeding disorder in which there is a decrease or absence of clotting factors in the blood. One of the main warning signs is bleeding, these excessive bleeding are life-threatening, one of them is gastrointestinal bleeding. The aim of this study is to apply the nursing care process in hemophiliac patients diagnosed with gastrointestinal bleeding. The objective of this study is to apply the nursing care process in hemophiliac patients diagnosed with gastrointestinal bleeding. The scientific method of the nursing professional is the application of the EAP, by means of which, with the help of Marjory Gordon's assessment by functional patterns, it is possible to identify alterations in these patterns, in this study the most significant were perception and management of health, elimination, activity-exercise and cognitive-perceptual, and through them the priority nursing diagnoses such as acute pain, risk of shock and impaired physical mobility were elaborated. The evaluation according to the results obtained thanks to the nursing interventions that were carried out on the patient is satisfactory, since these interventions managed to improve their state of comfort and recovery. Pain management and bleeding reduction were important and fundamental activities to maintain hemodynamics in the patient, and thus achieve the patient's initiative to improve self-care.
