Summary:This research aims to establish Marketing strategies to enhance the profitability of M.D. Associates in times of health crisis where most of the companies have suffered a considerable drop in their profitability. For its realization, techniques such as the survey and descriptive bibliographic research methods were used, where the company M.D Asociados was obtained as a result is not training staff in marketing strategies that enhance their profitability. Within the study, appropriate strategies will be investigated to optimize profitability and what type of information should be provided in the training of personnel to achieve customer satisfaction and improvement in profitability with the firm purpose of fulfilling the mission and vision of the company. Having a well-qualified and trained team is an ace up your sleeve, competition is strong, not only from other service providers who promise to do more for clients, but also for the care that the professional can provide.
