Περίληψη:The present research seeks to determine the correct use of the active methods and their application in the learning of the students of the elementary basic level of the Educational Unit "Gustavo Enrique Pico Pincay", located in the El Empalme city, province of Guayas. The present investigation is justified since by means of it the teachers will be able to know the advantages offered by the correct application of the active methods, through a didactic guide that allows them to easily handle their English classes, and in this way, create real environments of learning, motivating students and that these in turn acquire new knowledge in a practical, dynamic and different way. For the development of the research is supported by the authorities of the institution, teachers, students, parents and other members of the educational community. In addition to the human and material resources that may come to be used, since being located in a rural area, do not have all the resources and instruments that should be counted. This project is very important since it will support a space for students to have the opportunity to learn better, not only in order to know and understand more content in a foreign language such as English, but also to integrate them. active and efficient way in active learning, applying didactic, pedagogical and methodological principles, which must be taught in order to achieve in them the correct assimilation of learning.
