Riassunto:This case study, is a work that was carried out to know the quality of the service offered by the parish government ten November of the canton Ventanas under the research subline of the commercial engineering career, companies and public and private institutions, the main objective of this case study is to detect the problems that influence the not providing of a quality service and what are the shortcomings of the workers of this institution. The methodology of the research was based on the inductive method and the obtaining of the research was carried out by conducting surveys of the inhabitants of the parish that those who benefit from the service and the respective interview to the president, finding the following results, people feel dissatisfied in the way provided in service, do not receive adequate care , the information provided to them is not clear to them, the response time is very delayed. It was also evident that staff are delayed when arriving at their job, desmotivation, lack of communication and teamwork. Knowing this series of problems is proposed to motivate workers with dialogues and integrations.
