Shrnutí:The objective of this research project was to analyze the quality and safety of services at the "Aguas Blancas" recreational center by means of a micro-evaluation to identify the situation in which the tourist center finds itself due to covid-19, the current state of the facilities of this place was analyzed to detect the lack of security it has. Part of the problem is the lack of training for service personnel related to customer service, which causes the quality to drop and visitors are not satisfied with the service, and that is why there is a shortage of tourist visits, due to the bad experience they have with the place. Likewise, the lack of maintenance of the place, the poor state of the services and the lack of biosecurity measures against covid-19 in the recreational center do not provide the security that the client needs. This research aims to find solutions to improve the quality and safety of the services provided by the "Aguas Blancas" recreational center.
