This research aims to find solutions to improve the quality and safety of the services provided by the "Aguas Blancas" recreational center.Este proyecto de investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar la calidad y seguridad de servicios del centro recreacional “aguas blancas” por medio de una micro evaluación se logró identificar la situación en la que el centro turístico se encuentra debido al covid-19, se analizó el estado actual de las instalaciones de mencionado lugar para detectar la falencia en seguridad con la que cuenta, surgieron propuestas para mejorar la calidad de servicios y brindar seguridad al cliente. Parte del problema es la falta de capacitación al personal de servicios relacionado a la atención al cliente, esto hace que la calidad baje y los visitantes no queden satisfechos con el servicio y es ahí cuanto existe los escases de visitas turísticas, debido a la mala experiencia que este mismo se lleva de dicho lugar. De igual manera la falta de mantenimiento del lugar, el mal estado de los servicios y falta de medidas de bioseguridad contra el covid-19 en el centro recreacional no brinda la seguridad que el cliente necesita.
