Descripció
Sumari:The family is a fundamental social institution that occupies a central space in the lives of men, women and children around the world. The family is a source of support, and sometimes an obstacle, for the achievement of individual and collective achievements; an economic and production unit; an emotional refuge that in some occasions can be a source of emotional tension; and a channel to provide protection and culture to future generations, for better or for worse. It has been asserted for a long time that the family social climate where there are labor conflicts can influence the emotional intelligence of children. In this regard, it has been observed that permissive parents who do not encourage the fulfillment of responsibilities such as complying with a school timetable and homework, will cause students with low school performance. On the other hand, we must not forget that family confrontations affect, like no other conflict, in addition to the identity of its members, the family as an interpersonal, economic and social system and the development of emotional intelligence of the most small, hence its importance and complexity. The aim is to make known the importance of the relationship between the family social climate free of family conflicts, emotional intelligence and academic performance, that is, how cohesion, expressiveness, conflict, autonomy, action, organization and control are related. there are within families, components of emotional intelligence.
