A descriptive mixed methodology was used, using observations, surveys and interviews. The results reveal a moderate environmental impact with areas of improvement in cleanliness and air quality. Socioeconomically, tourism has had a positive effect on the quality of life and income of the community, although some businesses have not seen benefits. The infrastructure is adequate but can be improved. Heritage management presents challenges, especially with visitor behavior. Raising awareness and improving the conservation of the site is crucial. |
