The majority of state institutions, supported by e-government policies, have improved the infrastructure of their networks by applying quality and safety standards indicated in the ISO standards. Public service companies have now expanded their offer, expanding their coverage in the same way. This has involved large investments in network and communications infrastructure, maintaining these networks and links in optimal conditions. "The importance of network monitoring in the process of implementing any business solution is a fundamental component often ignored by those involved, which means an important omission with negative repercussions, such as the increase in unforeseen costs, the decrease in level of organizational service and the deterioration of the work environment ". (World Contact, 2014) The present work shows the development of the technical functionality analysis of the communication support system in the matrix of CNEL EP Los Ríos Business Unit and how it can be applied in the agencies in charge of this Business Unit. |
