Valoración cualitativa de los atributos de la Hacienda Turística Los Prados, ubicada en la Provincia Los Ríos – Ecuador

This qualitative research uses the methodology of qualitative assessment of the attributes of the agrotourism farm at Hacienda los Prados, located in the Baba canton in the province of Los Ríos, which since 2020 has been developing agrotourism activities for tourists. . Through the methodology used, we seek to know if the farm has sufficient attributes to offer agrotourism services. This work is supported by the research line of the Tourism Career of the Technical University of Babahoyo "Development of tourist goods, processes and products". The product of this study is based on a standardized instrument that serves as an information input and facilitates the choice of the agrotourism destination for potential tourists. This research opens the possibility for families living in rural areas to diversify their services and generate additional income, to proportionally develop agrotourism until it becomes their main activity and this, in turn, becomes the model for other farms in the area. city and other localities with similarities. features.
