الملخص:Vitamins, minerals and amino acids have contributed to the development of the food industry at the livestock level since they help improve the natural conditions of animal performance; In Ecuador, the commercial lines of broilers stand out for their productive potential, however, the lack of technical knowledge of poultry farmers and their eagerness to maintain profitability have led to the supply of food formulated in a standard way by commercial houses, therefore, guaranteeing food security has become a challenge for small and medium producers. For the preparation of this document, various investigations were compiled and thus be able to give a holistic approach to the benefits of the contribution of supplements (vitamins, minerals and amino acids) during the initial stage of the broiler; Although in general, balanced feeds "cover the nutritional requirements" of the birds, it should be noted that in order to maintain the uniformity of the batch, it is necessary to supply the deficiencies of feeds formulated for the different stages of the chicken, since the feed used does not It is capable of satisfying the needs required by chickens with high genetic efficiency.
