Presenta la falta de un sistema informático para el control y seguimiento de las ventas. Sostuvo como objetivo evaluar el estudio de factibilidad de la implementación de una aplicación web para el control y seguimiento de ventas en la empresa “Alfa LAN Center” de la ciudad de Montalvo. En la investigación se emplearon los métodos: indicativo y deductivo, adicional a ello una investigación descriptiva.
