Summary:Education has evolved in the country and the whole world, it took an unexpected turn, because face-to-face education became virtual, all this because of the pandemic. Virtual education is a gain for the times of pandemic, but at the same time, there are millions of students who can be left out of learning because they do not have the necessary financial resources, this scenario turned education in the year 2020 worldwide. The skills are related to expressing our opinions, thoughts, feelings or desires without feeling bad about it and without making other people feel bad. The importance of this work is given to parents, since they will learn to know that everything in excess is negative, thus preventing extremism. In this case study, a 14-year-old adolescent was chosen to be treated and provide the necessary psychological follow-up, this case was covered from the holistic, since the problem had to be covered from the systemic family approach and the cognitive behavioral approach. which provided psychological treatment to the patient.
