Summary:The main objective of the investigation is to know the production process that is carried out in the organization, being the main one affected by the various inconveniences that originate at certain times within the entity, affecting the quantity and quality of the product, a full analysis through a theoretical reference to the most common causes that induce such setbacks. A qualitative research modality was used since it allows observing the conditions and particularities of the activities that originate the problems in the entity. In the same way, a field investigation was carried out confidentially acquiring information from the workers; the deductive method was used, resorting to formal interviews with certain administrators to be aware of the efficient and deficient actions of the company. The production process of the company has been affected by certain situations that are negative for it, causing the entity to not develop efficiently, due to a production management with flaws that makes it impossible to make the most of the resources it has the banana tree The agricultural company Doña Licenia accelerates the time of harvest of the fruit, in addition the administrators show disinterest in keeping the plantations healthy. The poor operation of the machinery is another of the most common problems in the company. There are shortcomings of human talent because the company performs a poor recruitment process, also, some of the workers do not have the necessary training for the functions that are executed in the entity
