In this context, the present research project presents the generation of employment in the tourist complex "El Refugio" of Cantón Montalvo, because tourism is a main entity for development and economic growth will determine what are the causes of the scarce generation of employment in the tourist complex "El Refugio" of the canton Montalvo.
