In this context, the present research project presents the generation of employment in the tourist complex "El Refugio" of Cantón Montalvo, because tourism is a main entity for development and economic growth will determine what are the causes of the scarce generation of employment in the tourist complex "El Refugio" of the canton Montalvo. Once the foregoing is determined, the reader is defined that the objective of this research is to determine the causes that affect the generation of employment in the tourist complex "El Refugio" of the canton of Montalvo.
