Once the foregoing is determined, the reader is defined that the objective of this research is to determine the causes that affect the generation of employment in the tourist complex "El Refugio" of the canton of Montalvo. The purpose of this project is to generate strategies to solve the problem. problem and thus propose a solution that benefits the administrators of the complex. |
