Ejecución presupuestaria del GAD parroquial rural de Ricaurte.

This case study was conducted in the parish of Ricaurte, canton Urdaneta, Province of Los Ríos; in the Decentralized Autonomous Government (GAD) Rural Parish of Ricaurte, which is an institution belonging to the public sector enjoying independence at the political, administrative and financial level who is committed to offering services to the entire community in order to improve the quality of life of the people who make up the parish. That is why, the present investigation entitled ''Budget execution of the Rural Parish GAD of Ricaurte in 2021'', part of the need to make an analysis of the company based on the budget execution in the fiscal period 2021, to know the management that the company carries with its resources due to the inconsistencies that had a negative impact causing it not to be able to conclude with all the activities that were planned at the beginning. To do this, the qualitative and quantitative methodology was used to be able to carry out the analysis through quantifiable variables and experiences from the point of view of the people. The research design is descriptive. Through the results obtained and the discussion of results, the information prior to its analysis and interpretation was organized to subsequently proceed to the development of the conclusions and recommendations of this study, in which the critical point of the researcher directly related to the objectives set is found.
