Izvleček:This investigation is focused on digital marketing and ecotourism encouraging the promotion of natural tourist attractions that is the environment where this modality is developed, currently there are a lot of digital marketing strategies that can be exploited by the tourism sector for the sustainable promotion of natural areas; so currently ecotourism seeks to encourage and promote sustainability in all its tourism activities. The present research work is deductive and inductive, through these methods it was possible to identify and study the problem posed, the techniques that were used in this research were survey, which allowed us to know that social networks are the digital media most used by the population and that through the proper use of digital channels would be very feasible to promote ecotourism in the Canton Urdaneta also being of great importance to have a website which will allow the increase of tourism, improving the quality of life and socio-economic level of the canton.
