Shrnutí:Intestinal Tuberculosis is defined as a granulomatous disease, it is considered a rare disease, reaching its diagnosis is usually a challenge since the specific clinical and analytical manifestations are scarce and even endoscopic lesions become similar to Crohn's disease. To determine a diagnosis of suspicion it is important to perform a colonoscopy, the most important findings obtained are circular ulcers, small diverticula and polyps attached to the intestinal mucosa. The present case study was conducted based on an adult patient with intestinal tuberculosis at the 7 of October Health Center in the city of Quevedo, Province of Los Ríos, where the main clinical findings and their treatment are described. The patient was diagnosed and begins his treatment at the La Florida health center in the City of Guayaquil, province of Guayas, was transferred for reasons of change of address to the city of Quevedo, where he goes to the 7 of October Health Center, in poor clinical conditions and proceeds to perform complementary examinations to continue his treatment according to his weight, performing the nursing care process in each medical visit that is made in the health center.
