Gestión administrativa en la Hacienda La Lima de la Parroquia San Juan

The investigation is carried out at the La Lima farm in the San Juan parish, which is dedicated to the production and export of bananas, where the different inconveniences in the administration of said farm are observed, which means that the actions carried out in it are not are adequate, affecting the well-being of the entire organization, due to the deficiency in the administration, so the objective is to identify the problems that are caused by the mismanagement of the company and the reason why they are not being achieved the objectives set. The case study is carried out under the Financial, Administrative, Tax, Audit and Control Management research line related to the Public and Private Companies and Institutions sub-line of research. The methodology used is inductive and descriptive, and the survey questionnaire instrument was applied which was applied to the personnel of the La Lima farm and an interview applied to the administrator, for data collection, the results show the deficiency in the administrative processes, and ineffective management. Administrative management is important in any organization, it allows the correct allocation of resources that an organization has, through the proper application of administrative processes to achieve the success of the company.
