The study itself is mainly aimed at citizens with the sole purpose of achieving strengthening in user assistance through the application of strategies, norms, procedures, contributing to personal, professional and institutional progress, enhancing secretarial administrative management by establishing in the fundamental pillar of the institution where effective communication plays a transcendental role for the integration of society; demanding a quality secretarial administrative management, which leads to efficiency, effectiveness, and effectiveness; improving communication skills, fulfilling leadership functions to meet projected objectives in a clear, open and simple way, focusing on communication, self-awareness and self-control.
