The present case study covers a problem that currently occurs in a 35-year-old adult in the city of Babahoyo, who was operated on using different psychological techniques, with the objective of determining how childhood trauma affects psychological health, . For the preparation of this case study, different sessions will be held, on different dates, the patient's showed different behaviors and little collaboration, since it was his first time being psychologically intervened, in the various sessions considered, technical collection techniques of information, in which a diagnosis was made through direct observation, medical history, psychometric testing and interviews, making employer cognitive behavioral therapy, this being the best therapy that helps the patient become his own psychologist, In this way, techniques will also be used to face the situations that you were avoiding, the reduction of negative thoughts, anxiety and depression.
