Currently this institution lacks a Department of Public Relations, because they do not have a budget for its implementation, which makes it difficult to spread the work carried out by this institution in the Quevedo canton. The objective of this research is to analyze public relations and its impact on the corporate image of the Fire Department of the Quevedo canton, year 2021. The research subline of the career is Sports, environmental and investigative journalism. The deductive method and the inductive method were used, applied and field research was used, a survey questionnaire was developed to be able to apply it to a sample of inhabitants of the Quevedo canton. With the results obtained and the situations detected, it is intended to provide the Municipal Fire Department of Quevedo with the necessary elements so that they can implement public relations and improve the corporate image of this institution. The conclusions, recommendations, bibliography and annexes that support the development of this research were then drawn up. |
