Резюме:In this research, we started with the analysis of the problem of the teaching-learning process, which has a significant impact on the students' academic performance. There are many factors or causes that cause this problem, but through our observation we detect that the generating cause is related to the evaluation. In this sense, the analysis of the problem was followed by a process of elaboration of objectives, with which it is intended to give a north to this research, also based this work with its respective theoretical framework and come together with a methodology appropriate to the subject Concerned. Our research has explicitly detailed the working hypotheses with which we try to prove our first assertions that we detect in our pre-professional practices. This work also has a proposal that is our alternative solution to the problem raised initially. The research that we have to present, has four chapters: In the first chapter, we will find the subject or idea of research, the contextual framework, followed by the problematic situation, the problem approach, the delimitation of the investigation, the justification and its objectives. The second chapter presents the theoretical or referential framework that is shaped by the conceptual framework, the framework within which we have the research background and the category of analysis, the theoretical posture, the hypotheses both the general as the sub-hypotheses and the variables . The third chapter establishes the results of the research in which we find the analysis and interpretation of data obtained when applying the survey, as well as conclusions and recommendations both specific and general. The fourth chapter demonstrates the application proposal, which consists of the background, justification, objectives, general structure of the proposal, title, components and expected results of the alternative. In addition, the bibliography and annexes are the last points.
