El estudio de caso posee la siguiente metodología de investigación como la investigación diagnostica, la investigación descriptiva y la investigación exploratoria, de la investigación diagnostica se obtiene la diversidad fisionómica culturales que va paralelamente con la metodología descriptiva y la metodología exploratoria es la que acedera a la recolección de datos de toda la información ineludible para el desarrollo del presente estudio de caso.
