It is necessary to highlight the importance of applying a freckled nursing care in a timely manner to avoid complications that could aggravate the clinical case. |

Considerando los factores de riesgos más sobresalientes como edad materna, enfermedades crónicas, anemia, entre otras. En el presente caso se dio en una paciente de 28 años con orbito fetal de aproximadamente 12 horas, con un cuadro clínico de anemia, posteriormente se sometió a intervenciones quirúrgicas que conllevaron a presentar un cuadro de hemorragia, combinado con un shock hipovolémico que lamentablemente termino con el fallecimiento de la paciente.
