Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | The present investigation by the explanatory method was carried out with the purpose of exposing the causes of the low labor performance that is originating in the Registry of Property and Mercantile of the Canton Urdaneta. For the compilation of the information, two instruments were used that are objective, safe and effective, useful on the objects of study in order to solve the questions raised in the investigation, including: the interview with the department head and the survey carried out at their subordinates. Based on the results obtained, it was determined that employees have an incorrect performance in the management of their work because they do not have suitable computer systems and equipment, necessary material resources, salary paid on the established date, appropriate formal relationships; so it directly affects the performance of administrative tasks. |
