The purpose of this case study is to identify the factors that impede the quality of the hosting services and to propose suggestions for their improvement, according to the results obtained, it was discovered that management is not efficient and care is not adequate, even training is an aspect that is neglected, which can be improved by standardizing and managing processes. |
