Análisis de los ingresos, gastos y su efecto en el presupuesto del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado de la Parroquia Ricaurte, periodo 2019

This case study was carried out at the Parish GAD of Ricaurte, focusing on the analysis of income, expenses and their impact on the budget of this institution in 2019, with the aim of knowing if said institution had any inconvenience as planned in the budged In which it was observed that the planned was not fulfilled because they had a budget cut where the institution where the income and expenses were affected and had some reforms in the items, in which the most significant were in the investment group, public and infrastructure works, these being the most sensitive, since their objective is to carry out works for the benefit of citizens. Due to the budget cut, some works had to be delayed because their costs could not be covered by the GAD, for this reason there is disagreement on the part of the citizens since they do not see progress in the parish. These inconveniences serve for the institution to improve its financial and administrative control, and to be able to carry out its activities as planned, in this way they can provide a quality service to the citizens of said parish.
