Gestión administrativa en la Empresa Copanec S.A. de la ciudad de Babahoyo en el periodo 2022.

Through this case study called "Administrative management in the company COPANEC S.A. in the city of Babahoyo in the period 2022" which is directly related to the research line "Financial, administrative, tax, audit and control management" and the sub-line of the career "Companies and public and private institutions", whose general objective is to analyze the administrative management of the company COPANEC S.A., which helps to identify the factors that influence the normal development of activities. Within the development of the research, the problems that interfere in the day-to-day running of the company were identified, which hinders its proper functioning. In order to demonstrate the causes that gave rise to the problems that arise in the company, the descriptive and analytical method was used, which allowed obtaining information by means of a survey conducted with the employees and an interview directed to the company's manager and to obtain a previous analysis of the internal situations of the entity, In conclusion, the problematic situation interferes in that a reform of the plans must be made and the administrative management must be adapted in a correct way, so that in this way the company can be sustainable in the market and have economic profitability.
