Descripció
Sumari:This case study was developed in the "Mayra Velásquez" clothing workshop, where its administrator and owner is Mrs. Mayra Alejandra Velásquez Ulloa, with RUC N° 0802757138001, started its activities 11 years ago, dedicated to the production of personalized clothing such as: hospital lingerie, uniforms for public officials, sports uniforms for both companies and the general public. The objective of the research was to analyze the application of electronic commerce in the "Mayra Velásquez" clothing workshop in the Quinindé canton during the period 2024. The deductive method was used and consisted of descriptive characteristics, having a mixed research approach, since it uses qualitative and quantitative components. This methodological framework allows us to derive some theoretical and statistical conclusions for the most appropriate decision- making. The results showed the experience of customers when buying online in other businesses and the great interest in making online purchases within the “Mayra Velásquez” clothing workshop. At the same time, there are important factors among customers, such as: ease of access to platforms and security in purchases, which are part of their decision to buy online.
