Para recolectar información, se utilizó la metodología de entrevista directa con la encargada del centro de salud y encuestas que estuvieron dirigidas a los usuarios del establecimiento público luego que sean detectadas las deficiencias que afronta el lugar, será posible aplicar medidas inmediatas y estrategias que mejoren el servicio brindado al usuario.
