SUMMARY The present investigation was carried out in the Cruz Loma sector, Cayambe canton, province of Pichincha, located at the following geographic coordinates of Latitude: 0 ° 0 '34 "north Longitude: 78 ° 23' 75", west, with an altitude of 2950 meters above sea level Sunflower seedlings were obtained as a vegetative material, which was obtained from Pilonera La Victoria S.A. Toledo variety 2. The methods were used; inductive-deductive, synthesis analysis and the empirical so-called experimental. Applying the Design of Blocks Completely Random (DBCA) with factorial arrangement (A x B) + 1, with a total of 7 treatments for 3 repetitions giving 21 experimental units. The objectives were: to determine the adequate dose of Fito-hormonal regulators in the yield of the sunflower crop, to evaluate the productivity of each one of the treatments, to compare the treatments economically. Resulting in; factor A (hormone phytoregulators of natural origin), Bio fill zyme showed higher averages in; Percentage of prendimiento, height of plant, diameter of stems, diameter of chapter and in yield of chapters by plant like in the factor B (dose of application) registered average superiors in the average dose in the evaluation of; height of plant and yield per experimental unit, in the treatments the T2 (Bio fill zyme- medium dose), obtained significant averages in height of plant, diameter of stem, diameter of chapter and in yield of chapters by plant and therefore reached greater profitability with $ 30,758.80 USD per hectare.
